The Bichon Frise Club of Dallas, Texas , established in 1987, is a non-profit
organization dedicated to the well being of the Bichon Frise dog. It's members
are comprised of breeders and non-breeders, whose primary goals include
education, rescue, and socialization of all members, canine and human.
Club Objectives:
- Encourage and promote quality in the breeding of purebred Bichon Frise and
to do all possible to bring their natural qualities to perfection.
- Urge members and breeders to accept the standard of the breed approved by The
American Kennel Club as the only standard of excellence by which the Bichon
Frise shall be judged.
- Do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of the breed by
encouraging sportsmanlike competition at dog shows and obedience trials.
- Conduct sanctioned and licensed speciality shows under the rules of The
American Kennel Club and the Bichon Frise Club of America.
